• You like the idea of an in-person consultation in the relaxed surroundings of your own home.
• Maybe you would value some experienced in-person observation & guidance with settling or feeding your baby.
• Perhaps you are at a loss concerning how your baby communicates their needs. A new perspective might be helpful.
• Do you feel as though you have tried everything? This option is perfect if you would like me to see your situation and your child's sleep behaviour, first hand.
• Perhaps you already feel as though you are in a sleep crisis and do not have the capacity or headspace to make responsive and patient changes to your child's sleep, by yourself.

It's hard to see a way forward when you're in the trenches of sleep deprivation. Let me help you dissolve the overwhelm by creating small and manageable steps in the direction of your sleep goals.
How my approach differs to main-stream sleep support.
With easy to follow guidance, I will support you in creating a playful and light approach to improving sleep that feels kind and respectful to your child's emotional needs, while building their confidence and contentment at sleep time. This is not a one size fits all approach. I will work specifically to meet the needs of you and your child. At no point will I suggest that you become unresponsive towards your child, or leave them alone in the process of making changes. I do NOT teach timed responses, spaced-soothing or cry it out techniques.
You will not be required to follow any strict routines and you are always in charge of the process. If something is not working for you there are always other ways of achieving goals. Communication, creativity and compromise are key in working these things out together.

8 weeks of reliable, ongoing support, via phone, SMS &/or email are included in this package. Essential for learning how to navigate those inevitable leaps, holidays or illnesses, confidently, while safe-guarding your new found sleep.
