Has your baby hit the toddler stage, or maybe you're dealing with a pre-schooler? Were you told they'd be sleeping through the night by now, only to find that's not the case?
Many parents come to me for help with their toddlers and their story often involves phrases like...
"They wake more frequently at night now than they did as a newborn"
"They hate bedtime, and make a million excuses to avoid sleep."
"It takes 2hrs every night for them to fall asleep"
"They sleep fine overnight but are now waking up to start the day at 4 or 5am!"
"I love breast feeding and co-sleeping but the night feeds are out of control... almost every 45mins!"
"My child is awake for 2 or 3 hrs in the middle of the night; every night"
"If I don't give them what they want, they'll just scream the house down and wake the whole family"
"My partner would love to do the settling, but our child becomes hysterical if it's not me."
I love working with toddlers because sleep challenges are often resolved fairly quickly at this age. It's easy to make changes when we invite extra autonomy, connection, and play, and when we can feel comfortable in welcoming and holding space for all their feeling, big or small.

My Toddler Technique program is a great option if you feel emotionally resourced and want guidance without the commitment of 1:1 support.

My 30min Maintenance call might be just what you're looking for.
Sleep challenges change as children grow. Its very normal for my families to move between different levels of support over time. You won't be locking yourself in to anything. Choose the support that feels right for you now.
Once I see your appointment pop up in my calendar, I'll send you an SMS to confirm.
Please double check your contact details when booking.
I will then email through an intake questionnaire to help me gather useful insights into your situation. This is a shared Google document that you will be able to edit. It saves changes automatically so you can complete it a little at a time if you need to. There will be no need to copy it or email it back to me. As a shared document, changes are immediate, live and available for us both to see. You will have continued access to this document.
Need to reschedule?

If you are within driving distance of the Mornington Peninsula, why not come and see me at the Frankston South Early Parenting drop-in group. Here we provide FREE support with pregnancy/postpartum health questions, feeding, infant sleep & more. I'm joined here every week by a dedicated team of fellow volunteers, including professionals in midwifery, lactation consulting, counselling, post-partum support and more. "I’ve met Katie multiple times through her free Frankston south drop-in group (every Tuesday - completely free!!). Katie is so kind, knowledgeable, relatable and has such great advice. She makes everyone feel so welcome and validated at her sessions. You can also sign up to her weekly emails where she shares even more free resources like age appropriate sleep guides etc.
I will definitely be going back to her drop-in sessions."

“I was initially scared to reach out for support with my baby's sleep because I was worried our situation was too hard and that trying to change it up would mean lots of crying and even less sleep for all of us....." read more

“We were recommended Katie by a local family who we knew shared our values and reluctance to engage a sleep consultant . Our situation when first meeting with Katie was terrible; severe sleep deprivation, exclusive contact napping, baby unable to sleep unless latched (both day and night), and a very unhappy wakeful baby over night....." read more

“Katie assisted us with our toddler twins’ sleep and helped enormously where other sleep consultants had not been able to. We went from wake ups every 3-4 hours (sometimes with both twins) to maybe one or two a night. She took a holistic approach and provided helpful new ideas....” read more
