Welcome back...

Has your baby crossed over into toddler territory? Or maybe you're wrangling a preschooler now? It's totally normal for sleep needs to shift as your little one's development leaps ahead.

If you're thinking about reaching out again for some troubleshooting guidance or extra support, you're very welcome to. As long as you’ve already completed my intake questionnaire and we’ve had either a 1-hour consult or an 8-week package for this same child, we can usually just pick up right where we left off.

It’s perfect for returning families who already know and trust my approach, but just need a fresh dose of ideas, reassurance, or a plan to reset things at home. The video series gives you instant access to practical, step-by-step strategies for common toddler sleep challenges, such as bedtime battles, night waking, cot refusal, you name it, all rooted in connection, not control. You’ll also be part of a private community where I check in daily to answer questions and support you through the trickier moments. It’s a cost-effective, low-commitment way to get guidance that still feels personal and best of all you can check in for a chat on the twice-a-month Zoom calls.  If these calls ever become too busy then I will simply schedule them more often, to ensure that everyone has a chance to have their questions answered.
